SwccampusThe Coronado Democratic Club has awarded $500 scholarships to three deserving Southwestern Community College students.  These students have shown outstanding academic promise, as well as dedication to the values of the Democratic Party. The awards will be formally presented at the May 21 general meeting.  Be sure to attend and take advantage of the opportunity to meet these outstanding students and to recognize their accomplishments.

Scholarship Committee members Jean Seager, Carol Grimaud and Connie Pinkus were very impressed with the quality of the applicants and had a hard time selecting just three winners.
